⚠️ Important

NIEasy provides paid administrative support to help you prepare and submit your NIE or residency application in Spain. We are an independent private service — not a government body. All official decisions are made solely by the Spanish authorities.

01

NIEasy is not a government agency

NIEasy is a private, independent administrative support service. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated with the Policía Nacional, the Ministerio del Interior, the Ministerio de Inclusión, the Seguridad Social, or any other Spanish authority.

We do not issue, grant, approve, or provide any government documents. All official documents — including NIE numbers, residencia certificates, and empadronamiento registrations — are issued exclusively by the competent Spanish authorities.

02

What NIEasy does

NIEasy offers paid administrative support to individuals who wish to apply for Spanish government documentation. Our services include:

  • Preparing and verifying application documents before submission
  • Providing personalised instructions, templates, and document checklists
  • Scheduling appointments with the relevant Spanish authorities
  • Facilitating powers of attorney where necessary
  • Coordinating and managing the application process end-to-end
  • Providing telephone support on the day of your appointment

We do not make decisions, approve applications, or influence how the government processes your case.

03

Who decides on your application?

All decisions regarding approval, rejection, processing time, and the issuance of documents are made exclusively by the relevant Spanish authorities — primarily the Policía Nacional for NIE applications.

NIEasy has no control over these decisions and cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Our role is to ensure your application is correctly prepared and submitted, giving it the best possible chance of success.

04

You can always apply yourself

The use of NIEasy is entirely voluntary. You always have the right to apply for a NIE, residencia certificate, or any other Spanish government document directly and free of charge — without using our services.

Our fees are charged solely for administrative support and coordination. They are not government fees and are not paid to the Spanish government. The only government fee associated with a NIE application is the approximately €12 Form 790 fee, which is paid directly by the applicant to a Spanish bank.

05

Why customers use NIEasy

Many customers choose our service because they:

  • Don't speak Spanish and find the official forms difficult to navigate
  • Are not yet physically located in Spain and need remote assistance
  • Want professional guidance to avoid errors that lead to rejections
  • Have limited time and want the process handled efficiently
  • Have previously failed an appointment and need expert support

We simplify the process — but we do not replace the Spanish government. The appointment, the decision, and the document remain entirely in official hands.

06

No legal advice

NIEasy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information provided through our website and services is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel. For complex immigration or legal questions, we recommend consulting a qualified immigration lawyer.

07

Limitation of liability

NIEasy shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, or adverse outcome arising from a decision made by the Spanish authorities, including but not limited to: rejection of an application, cancellation of an appointment, changes in government requirements, or processing delays. Our liability is limited solely to the administrative services we provide and shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

08

Legal statement

NIEasy is a private business that provides administrative support services only. We do not represent the Spanish government, provide official legal advice, or issue government documents. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer in full.
